I have said this before and I will say it again, I am not a fitness robot. I don't live-eat-breathe fitness. I am a girl who lives her life and makes healthier choices most of the time. And most of the time, I don't take pictures of it. I don't think that pictures of what people are eating is particularly exciting, so you won't see me taking pictures of my food. I also am not always up for a sweaty selfie. I do believe that you can workout without taking a picture to prove it lol.
But that being said, I am working on getting back into a routine. My workouts over the last few months have been... sporadic. I wasn't following a schedule, I would do it if I had time or felt like it, but there was no routine. So for the purposes of getting back into a routine, I am going to start taking more workout pics, for personal accountability.
I may not post them on instagram and Facebook every day- god that would get old- but if taking them keeps me accountable, I will try it! I am feeling pretty good this week. Its Thursday- I haven't skipped a workout yet, woo, and tomorrow is rest day (double woo) so who knows what will happen :D
But in general, I plan on continuing to not document every time I sweat and everything I eat in pictures. I promise you would be bored out of your damn minds.
