I'm a loser baby!

So I am beyond excited to report that the scale went down this morning, which made my freaking day. In the last while, there has been a lot of it staying the same or s l o w l y creeping up, which has gone without action for too long. So last week I decided to try. That's all- make a conscious effort to try. I tracked my food in a way that worked for me, I moved some too, and voila- I lost weight this week. 2.6 lbs to be exact.

I am back.

Its not that I didn't think I could do it. It was just that after the refresh, I got lazy. Hell I have BEEN lazy. Lazy about what I eat, lazy about the effort I put into what I am doing and lazy about my intentions. So I decided not to be lazy anymore, and I am excited about it.

So I am creating a plan. I got a new Polar FT60 that has some freaking fancy features, like a personal training program and the ability to track it all online, so I am gonna use it. I am excited to see what all it can do! I have a workouts schedule in mind, so we will see how it goes!

It is on.

    I think now that fall is approaching, there is now a feeling of "refresh" in the air and the ability to make positive changes...there is for my anyway.

    I would love to hear how you track your food....I need to find a better way....it's not a fun task and my previous methods are not working, most due to my lack of commitment to it!

  4. Woohoo! I stepped on the scale this morning after a weekend at my in-laws totally expecting a gain too and discovered that I had lost 2 lbs. Surprise, surprise!

  5. Congrats on the weightloss! Think I am maintaining this week and the trend is downward so all is good! I have to keep track every week otherwise I know I would go downhill (put weight on) very quickly.

    Just keep swimming!
