The Big Picture by Tony Horton. I love Tony. He makes me laugh and I really relate to him as a trainer. This book was great. It is about finding your purpose and living your "Big Picture". It also talks a lot about how your physical fitness and health impact all parts of your life. I loved it.
It Starts with Food by Dallas and Melissa Hartwig. Holy Crap. I knew that food affected our bodies and minds, but I had no idea it did it the way that this book explains. It was an eye opening experience and has definitely changed the way I look at food and I look at my ED.
The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy. I saw Darren Hardy speak at Summit this year and it was awesome so I got the book. He talks about how small every day changes compound and turn into large success in the end. As a person who always gets freaked out by the big picture, focusing on making each day a success helps me. Its a good read!
Choose More, Lose More For Life by Chris Powell. I have just started this one, so I can't say its changed my life yet, but its good so far and has some really great inspirational stories as well as good tips for getting started on your weight loss journey.
If you click on the books it will take you to their amazon page. They aren't affiliate links or anything, I don't actually know how to do that lol. And I wasn't paid or perked or anything to read these and write about them, I just did it. Free will is awesome :D I know that I don't know everything, about life, weight loss, or anything really, so I like to read about it. I enjoyed all of these books :D
