Dream Board

I am a dreamer. haha you knew that lol.

So when I was first introduced into the concept of a dream board, I knew I would love it! I love the idea of visualization. If I can SEE something, I can focus on making it happen. I have made 3 dream boards in the last 6 months (all Beachbody related kinda) and it has been such an incredible feeling to cross dreams off that I achieve. Seriously incredible.

So I wanted to share my dream board progression, and some tips on how to make your own.

This is my first dream board. I made it in December when I really didn't know WHAT was possible. I shot for the stars, and it worked out!

After I reached so many of my goals, I knew I needed a reboot. I accomplished:
All 4 rank advancements (Diamond 2 days late)
Finished P90X3 once
My Q1 income goal
Earned my ticket to Summit
Success Starter

I wanted to push myself further and so I made this dream board.

I did grow my team, bit not quite to where I wanted to- 30 coaches on 7/1. And I decided that I wanted to reach for 3 star, instead of 2 star. And even tho I didn't wear a bikini to summit- I felt like a MILLION bucks in my one piece.

So even with some goals not yet reached (family, half, etc) I wanted to create a new board to reflect where I am right now. That is the beauty of dream boards. They are always growing and changing.

And I am proud of the explanation I posted on FB so I am going to post it here.

I thought I would explain the parts that non- coaches might not get.

I want to be a Premier Coach this year- that means that I have helped my team build their own successful businesses. It also means that I am at a minimum a 2 star diamond by the end of the year.

I want to be a 3 star diamond by my 1 year anniversary. This means that I will have helped 3 of my coaches achieve what I have. That is what my goal is. In the last 7 months, I have helped over 75 people. That blows my MIND. If I can help 3 people help 75 people, THINK OF THE DIFFERENCE WE CAN MAKE! I get teary eyed thinking about it. And by doing that I have been able to work from home, pursuing my dream, after being laid off about a month ago. I want that financial freedom for my team- for them to stay home with their kiddos, help contribute to their family- help them take vacations! Thats what being a 3 star diamond means.

I also want to build my team. Like I said, I have helped over 75 people, and I have helped almost 30 people start a business from home helping people. I want to help more.

And lastly I want to win the Beachbody Challenge. I would love $500, but I am going for $100K. I am going to change my body, and my life, and I am so so proud to work for a company that rewards people who change their lives. I will be a Challenge winner.

I think the other ones are self explanatory. I want 10 members of my personally sponsored team to join me at Summit next year. I fully believe that event has completely changed my life. If I can share that with 10 of my coaches, and change their lives, I know we will be unstoppable.

So yeah- big dreams. I am not stopping any time soon. My goal is world domination. I won't stop until I abolish self hate and body shaming. I won't stop until every single woman knows that she can do ANYTHING she sets her mind to. We are not limited by our circumstance, only our mind, and we have the ability to DREAM BIG.

So basically all you have to do is dream big. Think of big hairy scary goals you want to achieve and write them down. Then go into photoshop (what I used) or paint, or I think even Pic Monkey will let you do it, and add pictures and words to your goals. I make mine my background picture on my computer so I look at it every day.

I know big things happen when you dream big. I am proof.

ALSO make sure to check out Ash's blog today- I am guest posting over there while she is on vacation. Slacker ;)

  1. Absolutely love this, Jess. My team will be making some new dream boards during Coaching 201. Can't wait to see what they come up with!

  2. This is great! I made a weight loss goals list, made it all pretty and blogged about it. But this is way better, I love that you've included life goals, fitness goals etc. I'm going to get to work on one!

I would love to hear from you! Have something to say? Say it here!
