Well, 28 because I am a few days late, but whatever.
Crap! We are totally in the home stretch of this thing. I am not doing great, to be honest. There have been wagons, dragging my ass and running over me a little bit. BUT I am kicking it into gear these last 30 days! I leave for Vegas in 26 days EEEK.
So I am doing T25 and when I feel up to it, 21 Day Fix hybrid. I don't want to wear myself out, but I think 55 minutes of working out is probably fine. I have done more than that before. I am also cleaning up my diet. Now that I can eat pretty much anything (some things are still hard, but mostly I am good now). So cleaning that shit up it is.
I have let things go lax in the last two months and while I am disappointed, I am ready to move on. I can't change it and I have the power to move forward.
Also I bought a bikini.
I haven't tried it on. BUT if I totally hate it I can take it back. I do love that it has an extended top, and that the bottoms don't look like a diaper. I think the cut outs are cute. It is sexy and I think I will feel sexy in it.
And I promise to take a picture, even if I return it. It's this one from Swimsuitsforall.com in case you are curious. I don't think I will return it. There is a lot of summer to go and I bet I can feel amazeballs in it by the end of it. I think rocking a bikini is 100% about confidence. If I feel great in it, who the fuck cares if I have back fat. I sure don't!
