Oh hai there!

So it has been quite a while since my last bout of Q&A, and it was suggested to me that I do another one. I am all for answering your questions, and since it's been almost a year since my last one, and a TON has changed, I figured it would be fun to do it again! Differently tho.

Last time, I answered ALL of your questions in video form. Which resulted in this, this, this and this.

It was chaos. And a shit ton of filming for me. So I am going to do things a little differently this time! I will answer all your questions in a blog post, and I will pick 5 of the most asked questions and record a vlog of me answering them. Deal?

So now all you have to do is ask away! No limits, ask any question you could possibly think of. Ask more than one if you want to! I am an open book.

Question asking will be open until Friday, then some time over the weekend I will type (and type and type) the answers, and record a video for you all on Monday!

  1. Oooh, I have a bunch!
    Do you have a problem with finding a good workout bra? What do you use? I currently use THREE sports bras to keep things in place when I run. I'm very sensitive to too much bounce and I hate the idea of people seeing them flop around.
    On that same, kinda note, any good tips on plus size workout clothing?
    Best after workout snack? Pre-workout snack/meal?

    I've really enjoyed your blog. I'm glad I went on a healthy kick at the start of this year and found tons of blogs like yours. Honestly, I don't want to only read blogs by skinny people who used to be heavy, because that's not where I'm at. I want to find people who are on the same journey as me and read their trials and tribulations and kickassedness while I'm doing the same thing. So, yeah, done rambling. Thanks for sharing!

  2. I want to start running. I tried a few month back but had too much back and shin pain. I'm planning to start over when the weather gets nice. Ant tips for beginners? How about shoe recommendations? :)

  5. You have written in the past about your battle with binge eating. I also have issues with this. I know we all have our "bad days' food-wise, but how do you manage to stay on track? I know that I tend to do great during the week and totally go off the deep end on the weekends.

    2. How long does it take you to get ready in the morning- what takes the most time for you?
    3. Do you ever plan on having children?
