And I thought. She had such an amazing emotional and physical transformation in 100 days, why can't I do that with P90X3. It's 90 days.
So I decided I can. And I will.
I am going to start recording my form on different workouts, like push ups and pull ups, etc. And in 90 days, do it again. I am a week and a half into P90X3, but I don't think it will make a big difference :D
