Happy December everyone!!! Now that the 4-day weekend of gluttony (just me?) is over, I am so ready to kick so much ass. Diet Bet started last week, last month to make this year count, and I have a vacation coming up in 8 weeks I have a big goal for. I am PUMPED!
Over the long weekend, I proposed we all do a turkey trot and not pay for it :D All you had to do was run some distance over the weekend, and share with me on the internet or link it up here :D Easy enough right!

I have been running 3 miles weekly with my half marathon training buddy Nicole. This weekend we ran on Friday to help burn off some turkey calories, and I really pushed myself to run harder and faster than the time before. We finished 3.07 miles (according to her phone... mine said 2.94, but whatever) in 52:41! That is a record for us!
It felt so awesome to run after eating too much the day before. And it felt good to push myself and run more than we had before.
