- I am going to start training for a half next year, so my goal is to complete the first 4 weeks of C25K.
- I also want to lose 4% of my weight again this month. I may or may not join another diet bet.
- I am going to keep Aquatober going! I kicked ass in October and I definitely attribute that to my weight loss success.
- There is another race I am seriously considering next year that will require a lot of cross training. And since cross training will help with my half, I am more than happy to start hitting it hard. I am scared shitless about this other race, so I am still trying to wrap my head around it. But I have some really supportive friends egging me on, so I will probably announce it next week or so. But I can hardly say it out loud, let alone in text that I am actually going to do it. gah! So scary!
