I turned to Pinterest for some help finding lighter pumpkin recipes, and it didn't disappoint! My goal is try all of these out one by one, and report my findings :D

So my goal is to forego the Olive Garden Pumpkin Cheesecake, and the Starbuck's PSL, and all the pumpkin bagels and doughnuts and breads and pies I can, but in return indulge in these lighter, still pumpkinful dishes.
Do you love pumpkin? Do you EFFING hate it? My husband hates it. It's a character flaw. Actually I don't mind because I get to eat ALL.THE.PUMPKIN.THINGS.
