And the Yoga in the Streets event was awesome! It was such a fun thing to be a part of, and I can't wait to spill all about it next week (I am waiting on some official pictures so you can get the full effect :D )
On that note, I am sore as shit. If I am being honest, I haven't worked out HARD like that in months. Like probably 3 of them. I had a short stint with Jillian (more on that next week...) but she never made me sore, not like this. The best part of this soreness is that I know the best way to make it feel better is to keep working out. With my crossfit thing moved to Tomorrow rather than Saturday, I will keep this momentum going. I am excited to get back on track, and I think switching things up will help with that.
