Weekly Goals Link Party 8-5

It's Monday again, which means it is time to set some goals!

I know I have been touch and go with these lately and I am sorry. I promise to get back on track! I didn't set goals last week, and to be frank I didn't meat any of the goals I set two weeks ago, so we're back to square one. Sorry, no fancy graphics today.

1. Eat Breakfast! I try to be good about this, but sometimes it just doesn't happen. I know it's the most important meal of the day, so I am going to start my days off right with some breakfast :D

2. Use the Gym! It has been so nice out that I have been going on walks and runs, but not really making the time to hit the gym. My apartment has one that I use, so I am going to use it this week. I need to pound out some arms! 

3. Go Swimming! We have a pool but I still haven't tried it out! Swimming is great exercise, plus it's fun, so I want to go and take a dip this week, before it gets to be fall weather around here :D

  1. I need to share your goal number one! I have been so busy lately that my meals have been all over the place! I have been so bad on the days I skip breakfast, or when I have had my meals at confusing times and end up skipping one, only to snack at night. Good luck this week!


  2. Swimming is so much fun! I wish I had access to a pool here, because it barely feels like a workout compared to running. Good luck this week!
