Weigh in Wednesday 5-1

It's Weigh in Wednesday everyone and I am back on the scale! And Erin at Shes a Big Star asked me to guest blog over there today, so check me out!
So here is what I thought of No Weigh April. It was hard. I actually took my scale to my mother in law's house so I was not tempted to touch it. I think it did what I wanted it to do, which was break my addiction. After the first few days, I wasn't even in the fetal position crying and shaking anymore. #kidding 


No it wasn't that bad. But it did take a few days to not look for the scale EVERY time I went to the bathroom. The cons were that I really had no clue how I was doing, which was sucky. I think a happy medium is very important. I think I will go to weekly/ biweekly weigh ins, but I am definitely leaving my scale at my inlaws. I don't need the temptation. I haven't decided if I will start using the gym scale once a week, or my scale just at my in laws, but I will let you know. 

So here is my weight: 249

I am pretty happy with that. I had a rough month, hence the 10 week challenge being born. But now I am super ready to get serious and make a huge change. Oh! And I took a few photos last weekend. 

 Here is my before picture for the challenge. I am excited to see how my body changes in the next 10 weeks!

And here is my before vs now. I have to keep reminding myself how far I have come. I can feel the changes in my body, and in pictures I can really see them.

  2. I'm in on the challenge. I'm so close to hitting my 80 lbs gone forever mark that I want to blow through it and hit 90 lbs in the blink of an eye! I think this challenge is just what I need! I've become rather comfortable in my workout so I need to step it up! And you look amazing! What a difference from then to now! Keep up the great work girl!!!

  3. That is a 3 lb loss for the month! and you are now in the 240s - you go girlie!
    I could not live without a scale in my house. I do only weigh myself on Monday mornings - I kicked my addiction when I was pregnant, I did not want to see those high numbers anymore.

  7. GIRLFRIEND! Look how far you have already come! I am so stinking proud of you and this 10 week challenge could NOT have come at a better time for me. Seriously. Like tears that is how much I needed it!!!! I will definitely be taking some before and after pictures as well! WE GOT THIS!

  10. Way to go girl! I did the Whole30 in April and saw some awesome changes. I plan on finding some balance here over the next month and seeing if I can't get to my next goal of 175! I just may need to join this challenge!
