Thanks for answering my questions as they are all things I'm dealing with. I appreciate your candor!I definitely understand not depriving yourself which is why "cheat meals" work for me. For me it's extremely motivating to know that if I eat clean for 5 days in a row that I can indulge in the french fries or a cupcake (I LOVE cupcakes!!!) and not hate myself for it! HA! :)It's one thing to follow Skinny Meg or Mama Laughlin (who are crazy fit already) but another thing to follow someone who is currently going through the same thing I'm going through, trying to get healthy and skinny! I'm really glad I found your blog and look forward to continuing to follow you through your journey.

That's ok girl. No need to apologize. I just wanted to give you some feedback. Keep up the great work on weight loss. I need to jump back on the wagon. I totally fell off and I musta got a concussion when I hit the ground. Seems I can't "remember" how to eat right or exercise these days.....
