Questions Answered, Part 1!

Here it is, part one! Fun story, I recorded the whole thing, then youtube ate it. But good news for you, it was 22 minutes which is ENTIRELY too long to watch me talk to myself.

So I decided, with the help of my Facebook fans, to split it up into 5 ish minute sections. So here you are, part one!

BUT keep the questions coming! I will record at least two more (probably tomorrow and saturday) so I will be able to answer all your inquiries :D

  3. Can't wait for you to reward yourself with a massage!! :-) Thanks for answering my question. I also liked what you said about how you plan when you no you are going to be doing "drunk eating". I try to hit the gym on nights I go out, but as far as that night I always treated it as an "off night". I think I will take what you said and try it next time I go out, I like your plan better!!

  4. Thank you so much for answering my running question. I am trying to run too fast! I was jogging/running at a 5.5 and sometimes as high as 6.2!! So for you to say that you are jogging at 3.5 it must be easier to maintain that pace for a longer period of time. I am definitely going to try a much slower pace and see if that helps my stamina. I assume my breathing may also get better too jogging at 3.5. My breathing tends to get out of hand and I get out of breath and decide I need to stop:) Thanks for the tip and I will definitely try it out.

I laughed about not knowing if I was male or female judging by my screen name. Sorry. I am a 30 year old female, mother of 2, and Registered Nurse--I work "casual" (1-2 shifts per week) and stay at home with my 3 year old most of the time. I have a goal of losing about 45 pounds by Oct and so far have lost about 14.

    1. omg you are running too fast! I can barely sprint at 5 for 30 seconds. Start slow. Get your body used to moving like that and breathing correctly. Then speed up :D How I found the speed I run at is I walked, and picked up the speed until I had to start jogging to keep going, then I backed it up one speed to where I could walk quickly and jog at the same speed. That gave me a good jogging speed to start with. :D

Good luck!! Let me know how you do at a slower speed!
