Weigh In Wednesday- 2-27

Yay it's Weigh In Wednesday! I love this link up and getting to see how all the inspiring ladies that link up with us did this week!

I had a few family get together this weekend so there was some off plan eating and drinking involved, but that's life.  I will always have family events or something else to take me off plan, and I will pick back up where I left off and keep going :)

My Commit to Fit program is coming to an end. We are in the middle of week 6 out of 8. I have learned a ton from my personal trainer and I will definitely miss the ass kicking that boot camp gives me. But I have a long term plan. I think the most important part of this program is making it last. I am learning how to work out and how to be fit and I definitely plan to keep it up. My husband and I looking at gyms to join after this is done so we can continue to work out on a regular basis. I love yoga so I definitely plan to continue that! And the lady who runs my bootcamp does a similar class once a week at the rec center that I might go to. I like Zumba too so I definitely want to try that.

Anyhoo point being that my program is almost done and I am looking forward life after that and really putting these skills I have learned to the test.

Bring on the weights!

SO CLOSE to 299.9! We have until Friday to hit our goals! :)

Jess: 250.5 (-0.6) (-35.1)

I am also so close to my goal of 249.9! I need to eat better these two days and I think I will be there by Friday!

  1. Way to be brave about going out on your own. It's so fun to learn new ways to work out and ways to stick with it....love me some zumba!

  2. I recently joined 24 Hour Fitness. Their Group Exercise classes are included in all memberships, and they have yoga and Zumba. If you are a Costco member, you can buy a two year membership for about $15 per month.

  3. I love yoga too! Especially hot yoga, I can't get enough.....I do weight training because I feel I should...I do yoga because I love it! Congrats on the losses this week!
