Keep Calm, It's Monday 2-18

Happy Monday friends! It's that time again, when Katie at Hear Mte Roar - thecarbmonster  joins us in hosting our weekly link party! 

Rules are simple- No rules :) Link up anything! Posts you are proud of, your blog for us to follow, pictures of your puppy, anything! Keep us awake this Monday! 

This week I am going to post my weekly goals. I have been bad about making super short term goals for the week, so I am starting now! 

Eat at least 5 servings of fruits or veggies a day! I need more green in my life!

No boxed foods. If I buy it in a box (and add water, or anything else to make it real looking) I will not be eating it.

Do something on Wednesday! My original work out plan included Wednesdays, but they have kinda turned into another rest day which feels really lazy. I am checking out the schedule at the gym to maybe take a class Wednesday nights!

  1. I wish I could discipline myself to eat fruits instead of other snacks.

    1. If its all you have with you, it helps lol :) When faced with the choice between cookies and fruit, i try really hard to choose fruit, but its harder. Btw you should link up! :)
