Week 4- Happy New Year!!!

Happy New Year everyone!!! It is 2013! This year is going to be AWESOME!

Starting with my last weigh in of 2012 yesterday, this happened.


Yep, I only lost .2. Holidays are hard, and If I'm being honest, these last two weeks haven't been my best. I didn't work out, or even hit my activelink goals, so it wasn't surprising. 



Eek! Christmas week was bleak. 

But back to my weight tracker- check out those Bravo stickers! Holy moley! 7 is a new personal record! I had the awesome privilege of sharing this blog with my meeting, and sharing my experiences and goals with them as well. I must say that I LOVE my Weight Watchers meetings. I love being inspired by everyone and I love inspiring others. It is such a positive environment. 

So for this coming week, I am ready to get this thing STARTED! :) I have set up a nice support system at work. I am participating in two different "Biggest Loser" challenges, both with over $100 going to the winner (I like cash ;) ) AND I joined the Walking/Running club at work too. They do lots of 5K's and other races all year long. I know setting up the right support system will mean long term success, and I am ready to make that happen! 

I am so looking forward to 2013 and all it has in store. This is my year. Check back in a few hours for another post about some goals I am pretty excited about! Hint: There are 36 of them!
