36 in 365

Happy New Year! 2013 is going to be AMAZING, I just know it!

So I was thinking about the new year and I had an idea. I was doing 101 in 1001 (but I have since lost it in all the blog moves) but I really like the concept. You set 101 goals to complete in 1001 days. That is almost 4 years, and I definitely wanted something with a shorter time frame. So I came up with 36 in 365 :) I am setting 36 weight loss related goals to complete in 365 days!

Without further ado, here is my list!

  1. Lose 25 lbs Woot! 
  2. Lose 50 lbs (235)
  3. Lose 75 lbs (210)
  4. Get into "one"derland! (199, duh)
  5. Lose 100 lbs (185)
  6. Lose 125 lbs (160)
  7. Hit my goal of 130!
  8. Do a 5K Check! It was awesome! Read more here
  9. Run a 5K
  10. Run a 5K in under 45 min
  11. Run a 5K in under 35 min
  12. Wake up early to work out, just once.  3 times a week my friends! I am doing it!
  13. Take a Yoga class Twice a week, and it is kicking my ass!
  14. Take a Kickboxing class
  15. Take a Spin class
  16. Take a Zumba class 
  17. Complete the "Commit to Fit" Weight loss challenge  Done! Check out how my final thoughts here.
  18. Go to the gym 5 days a week for a month. April is my month! So far so good :D
  19. Run a mile
  20. Run a mile in under 10 min
  21. Do 10 push-ups (real ones.)
  22. Climb 10 flights of stairs
  23. Go on a hike
  24. Buy a Bike
  25. Learn how to swim (yeah yeah, I know)
  26. Get a physical and have my bloodsugar and cholesterol tested. OMG I did this! I need to write about it…. 
  27. Wear a size 18
  28. Wear a "normal" size (16)
  29. Get rid of all my "fat"clothes
  30. Buy a pair of Skinny Jeans Nailed it! Look!
  31. Buy a pair of normal width boots!
  32. Get into single digit sizes
  33. Become a success story
  34. Get pregnant
  35. Buy a new swim suit
  36. Wear a Bikini

Phew! That was harder than I thought it would be! So there you have it! I will be crossing them off and linking them to blog posts as I go.

  5. Wow that is intense, lady!! You have awesome motivation, I like that you're thinking big! Let me just tell you, if you can get preggo first and then wear a bikini...there is nothing as liberating as that! You don't even have to worry about how you look because hello? Your pregnant! :))

  6. I'm glad you put down, "get a physical". So many people just think that because they start a new healthy lifestyle that everything will be peachy. It's best to know what you're working with, right?

  7. I Have decided to jump on your bandwagon, I blogged about it today, and you are RIGHT. IT was pretty hard to come up with the last 8 or so!! YAY to challenges!!! (I used your 36 in 365 picture but put your link underneath) I totally hookered you out today..in a good way of course ;). THanks for inspiring daily!! I am so excited about the 10 week challenge and throwing this in I am sure to get myself in gear!!
